We are looking for someone to share a 4 bedroom 2 bath house in Redwood City close to Woodside Plaza. The house and yard are a bit funky but it’s a comfortable environment for someone easy going. The room is currently furnished but can be emptied if desired. Washer, drier, kitchen use, cable TV, internet and all utilities are included in the rent. Currently 1 male, 2 females, 1 friendly dog and 1 indoor/outdoor cat share the space. Quiet, safe neighborhood walking distance to stores and fairly easy biking distance to campus. Pets, outside smoking, and occasional overnight guests are welcome. Long or short term rental is OK. $1100 per month, all utilities are included in the montly rent.
