I am looking for a roommate, who is looking to move into a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom spacious apartment centrally located in the Mission District. Right next to 24th St BART. Ideally located at the intersection of 24th St & Mission St. Next to many restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and a quiet residential area.
Rent: $1370/month.
Looking for a move-in date of July 1st or as close to that as possible.

You would be living with me: A 28 year old guy who is a graduate student. I work a lot from home, and I also can travel quite often throughout the year so sometimes am away. I am quiet, amicable, and respectful. I have been living in the city now for 4 years so I also know the area, and I like to get to know the city. Happy to answer any other questions!
