Rent: $1,750 + utilities.

You will share the apartment with a male Stanford student.

The place is a rare top-floor corner unit, very quiet. It includes:

• a shared living room
• one bathroom
• a kitchen with a dishwasher and a gas stove/oven
• all necessary kitchen and bathroom items (which you’re welcome to share)

There’s also a washer and dryer, and a free parking spot is included.
