Looking to sublease a spacious bedroom in a 4BR/2.5BA house in Palo Alto, 10-15 bike ride from campus
- Spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, backyard, front yard, bonus room (currently used as half study and half storage)
- In-house laundry unit
- Free parking in front of the house

Shared with 3 others who are Stanford students/affiliates in their 20s. You would share a bathroom with one other tidy housemate, with access to an additional bathroom (No morning bathroom traffic!)

Available any weeks within the following time frames:
July 1st to July 26th, all of September and October.

Rent is $1575 per month + utilities
