Hi all!

We are a couple (both Stanford affiliates) looking for a studio, 1-bedroom apartment, or guesthouse within a 20-minute drive of Stanford. We're hoping for a 6-month lease or sublease (August–February), bonus if there is possibility of going month-to-month after that, although not a requirement.

We’re open to furnished or unfurnished places and can be flexible with the move-in date, as long as we’re able to move in by August 17th.

We're quiet, responsible, and non-smokers. Just looking for a clean, peaceful place to live while we transition out of on-campus housing.
