I’m a recent Masters’ graduate from Stanford and working in a startup at University Avenue, Palo Alto.

• Looking for a 1B1B in a shared apartment or flatmates to lease a house together.

• Ideal budget is 1500-1900 USD including utilities, and preferred location is San Antonio Shopping Area, Mountain View, near Caltrain stations.

• I’m a respectful and social person. I mostly stay in office during the weekdays and travel outside during the weekends, so mostly come to house to cook food and crash at night.

• I’m a very clean person and keep my home tidy! I expect the same from my flatmate and it’s non-negotiable.

• Move-in date will be 3rd week of August. But open to shifting earlier as well.
