Hey there, we're two Stanford '23 grands currently in a 3BR/2B, currently looking to sublet our 3rd bedroom for 1 month.

It's at a luxury apartment in Dogpatch with in-unit laundry, kitchen, communal gym (with Pelotons), movie theatre. $1,500 for the sublet would be ideal. Subletting because our roommate is moving earlier before the lease ends.

~5 min walk from YC
~Surrounded by coffee shops, brunch spots (e.g. Plow)
