We have two rooms available, with 1.5 baths available separately or together in a modern 3 bedroom house located 1 block (2 minute walk) from University Avenue, Palo Alto restaurants.

Duration: 6-12 months, as early as August 1 2025
Price for room 1: $2400/month (with balcony) right.
Price for room 2: $2100/month (without balcony)

House description: Large 2 story, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath house with two parkings. Recently renovated outdoor patio area with a nice deck, gazebo, golf practice net, and a yard (with orange, lemon trees). All three rooms are on the 2nd floor and the ground floor has a modern and spacious living room, with a large TV. Each room also is equipped with a 50 inch TV.
In-house laundry and newly installed heating and central air conditioning system.

One of the three bedrooms will be occupied by the owner, who spends 6 months of the year in India. Happy to show you around and planning to fill the spots soon.
