Room 1 (balcony): $2400/month, Room 2: $2100/month

Available as early as Aug 1 for 6–12 months

House has central AC, in-unit laundry, 2 parking spots, TVs in every room, a big living room, and a great backyard with a gazebo, golf net, and fruit trees. One room is owner-occupied part-time. The owner is in India for 6 months of the year!
