Hi all - my partner and I have lived in the same lovely lofted 1 bedroom ADU apartment in Half Moon Bay for 2 yrs and now.

We are gauging interest in finding new tenants to take our place starting early Sept.

•The house is on the ocean-side of Hwy 1 above Poplar Beach, very close to the turn to get onto Hwy 92.
•If you leave before 7:15 AM, it’s a 30-35 min drive to Stanford.
•Perfect for someone who doesn’t have to be on campus everyday, or who just likes a little distance from the Silicon Valley bubble.
•It’s a 10 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to downtown HMB for coffee, drinks, dinner, and shopping. There are trails through a large natural open space starting just 2 blocks away.
•The home has tons of natural light, beautiful hardwood floors and ceiling rafters, a cute little cast iron stove fireplace, and a small patio with a view of the nearby eucalyptus grove.
•The landlord is wonderful, super responsive and friendly. A cat would be allowed, probably not a dog.
