Home has AC, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, big living room and kitchen, and plenty of parking space in the driveway. Rent includes utilities and wifi.

Bedroom is large and bright, comes fully furnished. You'll have a private bathroom for the majority of the time (shared with 1 roommate for the 1st week).

Current tenants are clean and quiet GSB students.
