a ~year-long availability in a fully furnished house in beautiful victorian unit in the lower haight neighborhood. the rest of the tenants are a pair of good friends, recent Stanford alums (male and female). we enjoy good conversations, clean spaces, and soulful gatherings. Both work in tech, hybrid working schedules. around $1800/month. all amenities in the house are present: dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, heating.
