The house is two stories, with two bedrooms on each floor, and features recently installed A/C, heating, washer / dryer, and dishwasher! There are three other roommates, each with their own room (all women in their mid/late 20s who work at Google / Apple / research!). There is also a nice family friendly park across the street and plenty of parking spots (street parking and designated house parking).
