Details:
The apartment is spacious and has a nice balcony for dinners or morning coffee. The complex has pools and tennis courts.
The current occupant is early 40s, male who works hybrid and is friendly, easygoing, and plays basketball & tennis.
Looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and is also friendly.
