This is an ideal spot for Stanford affiliates—we're particularly seeking young staff members from Stanford. (The third room is currently rented to a Stanford staff member as well.) Our current tenants, who are also young professionals, are planning to relocate closer to their workplaces in South Bay. It's conveniently situated just about10 minute bike ride from Stanford campus and we are in walking distance of about 0.5 miles to downtown Palo Alto. 1 year lease term. Utility (electricity, water, interconnect) will be shared among the tenants.
