1) Founding Hardware Engineer

*FPGA/ASIC acceleration, RTL/HLS, bring-up

*Prototype + benchmark with the ML team

2) Founding ML Engineer

*Design/train SNNs

*Co-design with hardware: quantization, sparsity, latency/accuracy

Requirements (both)
*US Citizen or Green Card holder

*Comfortable across HW↔SW boundaries

*Entrepreneurial; own major technical areas
