I’m a single female, in my late 20s, a Stanford grad, working full-time at an education technology company. I’m looking for a place that feels like home - ideally with good light, and easy access to public transport and grocery stores.

What I’m looking for:

Type: Private room in a 3b2b / 2b2b

Budget: $1700-1800 (including utilities)

Move-in: Dec 1, 2025

Location: Apart from what I already mentioned, I could also consider moving to MTV as long as the house is within walking distance of the Caltrain station.

Duration: long-term.

I enjoy painting, karaoke, and spending time outdoors. I’m a considerate housemate and keep shared spaces tidy - this is a non-negotiable.
