Room can be provided furnished (shown in pictures). The home has a large garage (great for bikes/gear/storage) and comfortable shared common areas (living room, dining area, full kitchen) amongst all housemates. You will be sharing the house with 3 current tenants (1F, 2M), that are all professionals working at Stanford (postdoc, grad student, research fellow). This is a friendly and respectful environment, looking for a tenant with shared values.

Rent is $1,250/month + utilities (average ~$50/month) + deposit. Move-in as early as November 8, 2025.
