Hi there! I have a furnished private ADU for short term rental in Midtown Palo Alto. The space is super cozy, spacious and has a stocked kitchenette, bathroom and a washer and dryer onsite. The terms are flexible (either Dec 27-March or Dec-May and any time in between. The space is situated in the backyard of a main property and you would be sharing the back yard space with us, 3 Stanford affiliates and their 2 well behaved pups and may run into each other from time to time.
