The condo would just be shared with me and my cat. I am a mid-30s male engineer working at a local aerospace startup. I generally maintain a clean and quiet environment. My interests include running, biking, and backpacking. I work in the office most days but occasionally work from home. I also have one cat who is free to roam the condo.

Expectations & Disclosures:
