Hello! I'm subletting my room in a 3B3B apartment from Dec 13 - Jan 9 for $350 / week or $1,200 for the entire period (open to negotiation!). It's located in College Terrace, right next to EVGR and a 5min walk from Cal Ave.

The room has its own bathroom. I have two other housemates (both female -- one is a first-year PhD student and the other is a pre-doc). Please reach out if you might be interested! We are only open to a female renter unfortunately.
