Private room on the first floor of a clean, modern 3-story home
Access to entire first floor: kitchen (shared with very nice landlady), dining area, and TV lounge
Shared only with two other friendly housemates, each person has their own floor (landlady on the second floor, another tenant on the ground floor)
Washing machine & dryer available (You may use my detergent)
Perfect for someone seeking a peaceful, short-term stay
