Hi everyone,

I’m a Stanford alum currently working full-time at an early-stage startup in the Bay Area. I’m looking to sublet a private 1BR/1BA (or equivalent) for approximately 3 months starting immediately (flexible on exact dates).

Location preferences:

Palo Alto preferred

Ideally near California Avenue, but open to nearby areas

Budget:

$2,000–$3,500 per month, depending on location and setup

About me:

Quiet, respectful, and responsible professional

Very low-key lifestyle

No parties, no smoking, no pets

Typically spend most weekdays (and weekends) at the office
