Hi everyone! My roommate and I are moving out of our spacious and bright upstairs 2-bedroom apartment near California Avenue, and we're looking for someone to take over the lease from early April!

The Location:
Amazing neighborhood! We are a 10-minute walk to Cal Ave (and the Sunday Farmer’s Market) and a 10-minute bike ride to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Safeway and downtown Palo Alto. 13-15 min bike ride to Stanford!

The Apartment: 750 sqf with fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, bright, spacious layout.

Furniture Buy-out ($700): We are prioritizing people willing to take the furniture so we don’t have to sell items separately. The Aparment is ready to move in! For $700 total, you get:
Both bedrooms: 2 queen beds, 2 desks, 2 chairs, 2 nightstands, lamps, some ikea shelving. Living room: Couch and coffee table. Kitchen: All pots, pans, cutlery, kettle, and small appliances. For 1 bedroom also clean and barely used sheets, towels, duvet and blankets.
(Big appliances, dining table and microwave are there and part of the Aparment!).

Total Rent is $3,400 (Includes water/garbage; gas/electric paid separately). The full apartment is available from the 2nd of April (one room can be available mid-March). If you are only interested in one room, feel free to reach out as well! It would be the best opportunity to find your own roommate!
