Month to month rent. $1750 - room 1 - upstairs, shared bathroom with upstairs room, connects to large porch outside, light filled with built in shelves, can come with existing queen bed ($1750 - room 2 with the same shared bathroom upstairs will become available May 15th) Note: we are prioritizing tenants who can stay at least 6 months, long-term preferred - no short-term summer sublets.
