Knock, knock… You have an Easter gift left out for you at your front door. It is the gift of salvation from the Creator of the universe. Today is just a normal holiday for most people, but let’s not forget the true meaning behind Easter. Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for the debt of all our sins, and He resurrected three days later to declare victory over sin and death. We have all sinned against God one way or another, but He extends mercy and grace to us through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ so that we can be forgiven. No one is too far gone, and He extends this offer to anyone who is still alive and breathing today. The fact that you woke up this morning with air in your lungs is proof that He is still giving you a chance.
