We are a couple looking for a 1 bed / 1 bath apartment with a kitchen. A patio or garden would be a plus.

We are also open to a 2 bed / 2 bath unit with a shared kitchen, as another couple (friends of ours) may move together with us. In that case, the space must be exclusive to the two couples only (no additional housemates).

A fully independent upstairs or downstairs unit in a house is also fine.

Location: near Stanford University preferred
