Welcome!

We're a group of five individuals with diverse backgrounds in start-ups, science, and tech. We believe that a great house starts with great people. We are looking for our new roommate to fill a private bedroom with a shared bathroom for move-in on Feb 1st.

The room fits a queen bed and has a closet. Option to get furniture from current housemate, or can be unfurnished. The house is large with a lot of storage space! We have a wonderful private backyard, pool and spa, all located in an Emerald Hills mansion overlooking a view of downtown Redwood City and the Bay.

We are a chill group of individuals whose average age is in their late 20s and 30s. All of the housemates are independent, but enjoy watching shows or hanging out together!

Jeremy - Educator at a nonprofit. Spends time photographing, pickleballing, and surfing.
Tray - CTO of an AI startup who has a twisted sense and loves building things.
Teresa - Engineer at a large tech company. Loves to travel.
Amanda - Works at Stanford, is in a Pool league (and loves to volunteer)
G - Techie at Meta. Always looking for an adventure (or surfing).

You - Our newest housemate! Excited about community living and looking forward to being a proactive member of the household. Clean and respectful of shared spaces in the house. Up for occasional fun weekend activities with fellow housemates. Bonus points if you enjoy time hot tubbing and using a fire pit.

Details:
House expenses are split on Splitwise, water/gas/electricity, all the streaming (Disney, HBO, Netflix, Hulu, etc.), and internet, to roughly $150 a month.

The first month's rent and security deposit ($1450) are due at move-in. We're looking forward to hearing from you. Please respond with some notes about yourself/ links to your social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). Sorry, no smokers or pets, as there are allergies in the house :)
