Hello! My housemate is moving out so I’m looking for someone to take over her spot in a 2BR/2BA apartment in College Terrace. You would have your own private bedroom and private bathroom (bathroom is off the hallway, not en-suite).

Available starting around mid January (flexible start date). 
The current lease is through June 30.

Rent: $1,975/month + ~$75 utilities (half of total) + ~$20 wifi (half of total).

I'm a Stanford postdoc (F) in my late 20s occupying the other room. Looking for female housemates only.
