Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in a 2BR/2BA apartment in College Terrace. You would have your own private bedroom and private bathroom (bathroom is off the hallway, not en-suite).

Available starting around mid January (flexible start date). 
The current lease is through June 30.

Rent: $1,975/month + ~$75 utilities (half of total) + ~$20 wifi (half of total).
Your housemate would be a female postdoc in her mid/late 20s. She’s nice, respectful, and keeps the space clean.
