We have a room available in our house available for long term lease (1yr or higher) preferably for a Male.

You will have your own Bedroom and Bathroom, in a large 3 bed / 3 bath house just off Alma Street. We have a fully furnished shared kitchen, living room, and dining room along with in-house laundry. Walking distance to Stanford University, Town&Country and California Avenue.

You will share the house with 2 other housemates. Both male working professionals, quiet and very tidy! Expect the same from a future housemate.

1 month deposit ($1650) and 1st month rent ($1650) payable in advance. Utilities/WiFi in addition come to c.$150 per head / per month.
