I’m moving out unexpectedly and looking for someone to take this apartment for rent.
Since the lease break fee is quite high, I’m offering to cover your first month’s rent in full if you take over the lease.

I’ve lived here for about 1 year and 5 months, it’s been very quiet and nice.
When my family was away, I occasionally rented the second room short-term. Given the proximity to major tech companies, it was easy to find short-term roommates (around $1,600/month for 3 months).
