I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment near the California Avenue train station. The room is available from late December /January. Rent is $1,350/month, including water (other utilities extra).

The apartment is just a 10-minute bike ride to Stanford campus and a 5-minute walk to the California Avenue station and downtown area, where you’ll find great cafes and restaurants (Indian, Nepalese, Chinese, Italian, and more).

About me: I’m a scholar at Stanford University, a big soccer fan (bonus if you support Manchester United!), and I enjoy yoga and running. I value cleanliness and a calm, study-friendly environment.
