Private room next to cal ave on park blvd, subletting from around December 10 to Jan 5 (dates not completely fixed yet). $925 for the whole time. Room is separate from the house but the shared bathroom/kitchen/laundry are inside. Housemates are 4 guys, very quiet house I've lived here for 2 months and have only met one of them (I'm a young female undergrad and I feel pretty safe here). Landlord is really chill and nice.

Will also rent out my car if interested, it's a 1999 Ford Taurus, $400 for the whole time.
