I am looking for someone to sublet my 1bd/1ba apartment from November 26th to January 12th (dates flexible).

The rent is 2400$/month, the final price will be adjusted based on stay length. The apartment is fully furnished and comfortable, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood close to campus. Includes a balcony, one parking spot, and two bikes available for careful use.

The only extra responsibility, apart from paying the rent, is to water the plants:)
