Hi! We are Chloe and John. We have a room with private bathroom available in a beautiful victorian house (4BD,3BA) in downtown Palo Alto . The shared common spaces are a cozy backyard, sunny terrace, 2 living rooms and a big dining room.

We are generally pretty friendly, eating dinner together or going on trips on the weekends. We also have a small roomie named Charlie, a 4 year old mini-labradoodle. He's trained as a service dog, hypoallergenic, and a 7kg ball of love.

Preferred female and 12 months lease, The rent is $1950/month plus utilities (around $300 for fiber internet, electricity, gardening, and a weekly maid).
