Duration: 3 months+
Room 1 (balcony): $2400/month, available Oct 1 onwards
Room 2: $2100/month, available Nov 1 onwards

House has central AC, in-unit laundry, 2 parking spots, modern living room and kitchen, TV and desk in each room, and a recently renovated backyard with a gazebo, golf net, and fruit trees. One room is owner-occupied part-time. The owner is in India for 6 months of the year!
