We are a group of 4, most of us working in tech and stanford grads, looking for one more person. It's a large beautiful house.

We have signed a lease. It's a 10 min drive from campus and 18 min bike. You would have your own bathroom, walk in wardrobe etc. The lease is September - June and would require credit checks and upfront payment of deposit + 2 months rent. Move in date is September 1st.
