Renting out a fully-furnished room in a downtown Palo Alto home. The room shares a bathroom with two other rooms.

It is a modern home with massive kitchen and living room as well as a large backyard and even has a hot tub. There is plenty of parking as well. The house is a 10min bike ride from Stanford's campus and about a 20 minute to University Ave.

No smoking or vaping. No pets.

The other housemates are Stanford graduate student and working professionals. It is a very friendly house!

We are looking for someone long term ideally until Aug 31st 2025 or at least until Dec 31. Room available September 1.
