I'm a PhD student returning to the Bay to teach in the fall. My partner and I are seeking a sublet for the fall quarter. We are flexible with respect to location but would be especially eager to live either in San Francisco or on the peninsula closer to campus.

Our dates are flexible as well but would ideally be between about September 8th and December 20th (give or take on both ends). There may be a possibility of extending the stay if it makes sense for both parties.

We would also be open to a one-month September or October sublet, which would give us some time to look for a longer-term stay once we get back to the Bay.

Ideally we are looking for a one bedroom or studio, rather than a room in a shared house.
