LEASE TERM: The room is available 9/1/2025 - 8/31/2026

HOUSE: You will have a full in-law suite to yourself, equipped with your own large bedroom and bathroom for personal use. House is freshly remodeled with all modern appliances and furnishings (rare in PA!). The suite has its own private entrance with a full screened door. Room is a hardwood floor and remodeled in past two years. Bathroom is brand new and also recently remodeled. Parking space comes free with the room if needed. Location is less than a 12 minute bike ride away and 7 minute drive from Stanford Campus. Place will come professionally cleaned before you move in.

The house is on University Avenue, a few blocks down from CVS, Apple Store, Whole Foods, restaurants, coffee shops, desserts and more. The house is also secured with a gated driveway and entrance. Over 1500 square feet of shared space in kitchen + living room + eating space. Large and neatly maintained 1000 square foot backyard with pre-purchased out door furniture and built in benches. Kitchen comes with brand new gas stoves, dishwasher, microwave, countertop, in unit washer and dryer. House is cleaned professionally every 3 - 4 weeks

HOUSE MATES: We are a current house of Stanford graduates and Stanford employees, working in tech / research and very quiet + clean. No parties, drugs, or smoking in the house. Currently all tenants are male

RENT: $2150 + utilities.

Strongly prefer for you to rent the full term, and can give discount for fast turnaround + full stay.

Prefer renters to rent the full time, and happy to give discount for fast turnaround. If move out early, you must find replacement rest of the house approves (otherwise forfeit security deposit). To confirm, first month's rent + security deposit (one month's rent) upfront.
