I'm a graduating Stanford student this summer and am looking to rent a studio or 1B1B in Stanford on-campus housing or nearby apartments.

Rental period: Ideally before August 17 through the end of Autumn Quarter

Willing to pay above cost for a convenient and clean unit

Responsible, quiet, and respectful tenant
