I’m a 29-year-old male postdoc from Germany, currently working in the Chemistry Department at Stanford. I’m looking for a room in a shared apartment or a small studio within close proximity to campus, available from mid-August (preferably around August 17). My budget is $1500–$1700/month, and I’m open to 6–12 month leases.

I’ve lived near campus for the past 1.5 years and know the area well. I’m calm, clean, organized, and rarely have guests. I always pay rent on time and am looking for a stable and respectful living situation.
