I'm an incoming postdoc looking for a studio OR a private bedroom in a shared apartment near the hospital/engineering quad - looking for year long leases starting in early or mid July.

Mainly looking at options within walking distance to Palo Alto/Cal Ave/Menlo Park caltrain station. Living near uni ave would work too.
