We are a family of three (two adults and one child) looking for a 12-month rental, ideally starting on August 1st (date is flexible). I will be graduating this summer, and we are excited to stay in the area.

Our budget is $2,200/month max. We’re looking for a safe, family-friendly place somewhere between Redwood City and Santa Clara. Since my partner will be returning to school next fall, we’re hoping to find a budget-friendly option that can accommodate our small family.
