I am traveling in Europe from May 29-July 6 and will sublet my studio during that time. The studio is fully furnished and all inclusive (includes internet, water, electricity, gas, parking). Looking for a cat lover and cat sitter. I'm offering this at a substantial discount because I have a small cat that will have to stay home while I'm away, and I am asking whoever can sublet to help feed and look after him. He's very sweet and very low maintenance, but he does need food, water, and some company. I've done this before when I've left back to Europe and it has worked out well.

I'm open to negotiating dates and price that makes sense for all of us.

I am a neuroscientist at Stanford and the studio is near the Ikea in East Palo Alto 10-15 min drive to campus, or 20 min bike ride. The studio has a small kitchen and a full bathroom. There's a really nice backyard and also a main house (with full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room). You would also have access to the main house to use the shared spaces and the laundry, but your studio unit is entirely separate from the main house, so you can have privacy and your own space. There are 3 other Stanford scientists who live in the main house.
