• 5 minute walk from 16th/Mission BART station (all BART lines stop here)
• BART to Downtown SF (FiDi/SOMA/Union Square): 10 min
• BART to Daly City: 17 min
• 12 minute Muni bus to 22nd St Caltrain station
• 15 minute walk to Mission Dolores Park (very lovely)

Commuting to Stanford (I commute 3x a week and it's very doable!):
~1 hour from 16th/Mission BART to Palo Alto Caltrain + shuttle time

Stanford shuttles from Palo Alto Caltrain to campus are pretty frequent
