Looking for a third roommate to share a super convenient and lovely 3B 2.5B in university south!

The townhouse is a 5 min walk to downtown palo alto, and a 5-10 min drive (or 10-15 min bike) to campus. Rent is TBD but likely $1900/month for the third bed (+ utilities). 12-month lease starts late May.

1600 sq ft unit with a spacious private front yard and 2 large balconies
In-unit washer/dryer
2 car garage
AC and heating
All the kitchen essentials (dishwasher, oven, fridge, etc)
