I'm subletting my room in a 2-bedroom on-campus apartment from June 23 to July 27 (with some flexibility on start and end dates). Female subtenant preferred — the second room will either be unoccupied or occupied by another female subtenant.

The apartment is a lovely two-floor unit, fully furnished and equipped with all the essentials: microwave, oven, air fryer, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. It's conveniently located near the laundry room and has nearby parking. The room itself gets great natural light and has a peaceful, cozy vibe — perfect for studying or relaxing.

Location: EV South — on campus and close to cal-train station.
