Apartment:
-Decorated, clean, feels like home; fully stocked kitchen; laundry 3-min walk away.
-Roommates are two very lovely and considerate female PhD students.
-A bike may be available for an additional fee.

Requirements:
-A female-identifying Stanford graduate affiliate. Per Stanford policy, undergraduates are not eligible.
-Someone who is exceptionally clean and tidy. We value our home and share weekly chores.
-Communicative and responsible; we hold casual movie nights (not required!) but also respect quiet personal time.
-Rules: no smoking or drugs; weekly chores; advance notice before bringing guests over.

Logistics:
-Rent: $1450/month; security deposit: $1500.
-Fees: $180, covering Stanford housing services/technology fees for the entire summer quarter.
-Dates: tentatively June 23, 2025 - September 15, 2025. Some flexibility (+/- 1-2 weeks), preference given to full duration.
